DUBAI – Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced special New Year’s Eve services for residents, tourists and visitors to enjoy a festive celebration on Wednesday, 31st December 2025.
Passengers can experience Dubai Ferry, Abra and Water Taxi rides, offering premium waterfront views of fireworks at Burj Khalifa, Atlantis The Palm, Bluewaters, Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Residence.
Each trip promises scenic moments across Dubai’s coastline, including glimpses of heritage districts, luxury hotels, Palm Islands and The World Islands.
Dubai ferry services
Dubai Ferry services will depart between 10:00 pm and 10:30 pm from Marina Mall Marine Transport Station, Al Ghubaiba and Bluewaters stations, with all trips concluding at 1:30 am.
Ticket prices are Dh350 for Silver Class and Dh525 for Gold Class, with a 50 percent discount for children aged two to ten, and free entry for children under two.
Dubai water taxi
Water Taxi services will depart exclusively from Marina Mall Marine Transport Station, with full-boat bookings priced at Dh3,750 for up to 20 passengers, including a wheelchair space. This service is ideal for groups seeking a private viewing experience across Dubai’s waterfront landmarks.
Dubai abras trips
Abra trips will operate from Al Jaddaf, Al Fahidi, Al Ghubaiba and Marina Mall stations between 10:00 pm and 10:30 pm, concluding at 1:30 am.
Tickets cost Dh150 per person, with complimentary access for children under two. The traditional charm of these wooden boats adds to the festive night-time voyage.
